1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and quality control reasons. These include:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Email us at assistanceconnect@sallyhaydn.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Approval:
    Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and a return address. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may not be processed.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package is safely delivered.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified once the refund is issued.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Contact us at assistanceconnect@sallyhaydn.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, return the original item following the return process above.
  • After the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all jackets before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law. If your purchase was made using a discount code, the refund will reflect the discounted amount.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item was faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and retaining your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

If a prepaid return label is provided by us (in special cases), the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.


8. International Returns

For international customers, please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping charges and customs clearance fees.
  • Returned packages must be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import costs.

9. Store Credit Option

If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits can be used toward any future purchase on sallyhaydn.com and will not expire. Please indicate your preference when requesting a return.


10. Cancellations and Order Changes

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at assistanceconnect@sallyhaydn.com within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return following our policy above.
